First in the listings today is this lovely Marxie Mansion with Florida room. The house is in very good condition but does have some problems. The house is a lovely reddish brown siding on the top with white brick on the lower part. This house has the doorbell still intact, but the family must have been in a hurry when they left because they took the front door with them!!! Inside the house is in good condition with only one area of rust. The Florida room has some problems, there is a crack in the jalousie window, but it really doesn't detract from the display quality of the house. However the floor in the Florida room is missing. Upstairs in the master bedroom the family glued a mirror above the fireplace and I am not going to attempt to take that off. There is also a bit of rust in that bedroom too. Our final listing this week is for the very cute Lazy Days farm barn and partial silo. The barn is a bit dirty(hey what barn isnt') and could use a good wipe over. The silo is missing its plastic top. The second storey floor just needs to be put back in properly. Still has the metal hook for attaching the string to pull up the bales of hay(third pic down).
