The Marxie house produced in 1950 was the same as the Marxie Mansion or Marx-A-Mansion. The obvious difference is the lack of a Florida room. A noticeable change is the fact that the curtains are now lithoed to the wall instead of being the "real thing". So far I have found four colour variations for this house. The brown as seen above, red, blue, and green. I have also seen awnings to match all colours except the brown.
