This is the only Marx house to have a round window!!! The
house also had a few different lithoes on the outside such as the plants
on the patio and the blue hydrangea bush on the rec room. The pics
below show these in detail.

The interior of the house was pretty much the same as all
the other colonials, so it came with the traditional style of furniture.
