This house was produced in 1951. It boasted two
patios, the one over the kitchen came with a green tin pool and yellow
slide.

The house was sold furnished with 3/4" Superior furniture, which was first produced in 1951.
The other patio was over the garage/utility room. The
garage had an open/close door on the side to admit the family sedan which
was sold along with this house.
