MOST SOUGHT AFTER HOUSE......
According to all the collector books and there aren't that many, this is the most desireable Marx house. The Disney motif in the nursery makes it so. This house was first produced in 1949 and was the first house produced by Marx. It came with the Disney nursery and a garage.
A LOOK INSIDE.....
The interior of the house is so fifties. It includes five rooms: living room/dining room, kitchen on the first floor and nursery, bathroom and master bedroom on the second floor. The nursery on the upper right has the Disney motif and was marked Disney.
