The Marxie house produced in 1950 was the same as the Marxie Mansion or Marx-A-Mansion. The obvious difference is the lack of a Florida room. A noticeable change is the fact that the curtains are now lithoed to the wall instead of being the "real thing". So far I have found three colour variations for this house. The red as seen above and below left, blue, and green. I have also seen awnings to match all colours. Some houses featured a garage under the patio, while others had a utility room.
