This unusually shaped T-rancher was first produced in 1953. The one storey house sat on a very large base which was lithoed to look like a patio with pond and flowers. My house as you can see does not have the very rare TV antenna. This house appeared in the 1955 Spiegel Christmas Catalog.
Here is a pic of the rancher with the antennae intact.
LET'S GO INSIDE
The rancher included the usual
rooms: living/dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom and nursery.
The nursery had a motif that was unique to this house.
Here is a close up of that unsual motif, in fact this is the only house to use this motif.
FURNITURE
The house came with approximately
40 pieces of Contemporary style furniture. The 1953 model came with a 1/2"
Cadillac sedan and 14 dollhouse dolls, talk about Full House!!
