This is "Bob girl" Rie, a Jenny friend introduced in 1992.
Takara-bako Rie
This version of Rie is a Takara-bako 1998 original. Takara-bako means "treasure box" and is the name of Takara's homepage. Several times a year, limited edition original dolls are offered there, and can be ordered only through Internet and by Japanese residents. Rie is wearing a dress and stockings made for her from a pattern in the 6th volume of the "My favorite doll book" series. This volume is called "Easy sewing".
Her hat and her shoes are made with pink and silver beads, according to explanations in Jenny Magazine.
