THE HOUSE WITH THE ROUND WINDOW
This is the only Marx house to have a round window!!! It was produced in 1950. The house also had a few different lithoes on the outside such as the plants on the patio and the blue hydrangea bush on the rec room. The pics below show these in detail. The house was featured in the 1956 Sears Christmas Book.
INSIDE
The interior of the house was pretty much the same as all the other colonials, so it came with the traditional style furniture.

FOUND!!! Round Window house with shed dormer, games room, and patio PICTURES COMING SOON!!! I didn't know if this house existed and then there it was on eBay, and of course I had to buy it. The 1966 Sears Christmas Book, proves that it is for real and not someone's put together. Strangely though the pic in the Sears Christmas Book, shows an updated interior and French Provincial furniture. OH NO, yet another variation to find. All of the round window houses I have found have the regular Colonial interior including this one. And here is that French Provincial furniture vatiation. These are sine pics I grabbed from eBay, better pics to come. Now to find that suddenly elusive FP furniture.
