In my search for the house with the Laundry/Recroom extension and no breezeway, I turned up this beautiful model with a Laundry/Recroom extension and a breezeway.  So even when I found what I had been looking for, I just couldn't give this beauty up!!!  This house was shown in the 1959 Sears Christmas Book.

The house is missing the front porch, which was quite detailed and is proving very hard to find. It is very much like the Marxie porch pictured here, only the smaller scale.
