A Unique Exterior

First produced in 1959, this house had one of the most interesting exteriors, in my humble opinion. The columns gave it a plantation look, kind of like a mini Tara.   There was one interesting variation to this house.  It came with a wide base and the columns were also set wide along the overhanging grey plastic roof which supported three dormers.  Inside the house was pretty much the same as the Tin Soldier house.  This house was shown with traditional interior and traditional furniture in the 1959 Sears Christmas Book.

 The Box.....

FURNITURE...............
This house came with the 1/2" Traditional style furniture and a very detailed pool set.
