And lucky me got to host them at my table. It was fabulous meeting Marie(l) and Kioko(hope I spelled that right). It was so exciting talking to them and seeing all that Momoko goodness on the sales table. What a wonderful experience!

Instead of announcing this year's Bonus Truck dolls, Petworks surprised its fans, by announcing a new concept for Momoko. Instead of a dressed doll in one outfit, PW was offering a doll with a set of mix and match pieces of clothing. The sets, there were two, would be known as CCS Back to Basics.

THE PETWORKS INFORMATION PAGE RETURNS!!! aka I found it again!!! After selling the rights to Momoko to the Sekiguchi company, Petworks decided to start making clothes for the Sekiguchi Momoko and opened a division called CCS - Close Clipped Sheep. Well I guess they were having so much fun that they decided to put out a doll or two to wear the clothes. So in a short time Momoko fans went from the prospect of no Momoko to a double dose of her.

The brand name "Close-Clipped Sheep" meaning: Sheep abbreviation of close clipping: C-C Sheep and CCS. The girl style brand concept is pleasant! In a word, presenting a collection trend that is just a little exciting but for daily use. Focusing on knits with an eye to detail, it is the fashion brand of 1/6 scales.
